Welcome to Body by Carrie Fitness Studio

In September 2016, the Studio opened with the idea of small group indoor cycling available to both our clientele as well as anyone not actively in a personal training relationship with Carrie (rates vary). Ideally, clients would participate in an instructed spin class one-to-two times a week as well as one-to-three private/semi-private sessions of personal strength & motivation training.

Live 45 & 50 minutes live classes offered weekly (please note: Due to COVID, the Studio is at 50% capacity to maintain safe physical distancing (virtual workouts are also available). Spin classes will always leave you feeling better than when you walked in the door. They bring out the best in you both physically and mentally each time, whether it’s your first class or you have been training for years.
